Connection error displays when opening Patch Manager


When you open Patch Manager, the following error displays:

Sorry, we are unable to connect to the Patch Manager Server. Verify that the 
connection information for the Patch Manager is correct and the Data Grid 
Service is started.


All Patch Manager versions


The C:\ drive on the Patch Manager server is full. 


Delete any unused files on the Patch Manager server to acquire additional hard drive space. 

If Patch Manager is installed on a separate drive, remove the update files from the service account appdata directory. If you are not sure which files to delete, contact SolarWinds Technical Support for assistance.
