Overview

This article provides steps to install Patch Manager on a client/remote machine. This will allow the machine with Patch Manager local while connecting back to the primary server.

Environment

  • All Patch Manager versions
  • Windows 7, and Windows 8

Note: Windows 10 is not supported yet , see Windows 10  not supported

Steps

 

1. Run and install with SQL.

2. When this screen appears, clear all other boxes, and select Install the Patch Manager administration console.

 

3. Accept the license.

4. Select a location and then continue until installation is completed. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. click Finish, and the configuration wizard completes successfully.
