After a task completes, you receive two .xls attachments. One attachment is the correct one the other is an exception list that is not needed.


Patch Manager 2.1 and later


Cached files from when the task has been run in the past.


A workaround for this issue is to delete the result_exceptions file from \\Installation_folder\SolarWinds\Patch Manager\Server\exports.
