Overview

This article provides steps to resolve the issue when emails do not reflect when Patch Manager Server receives new updates. and how to add your smtp configuration .

Environment

Patch Manager version 2.1

Resolution

Part I.

1. Click Administration and Reporting.

2. Select General Settings and Email Settings.

3. Fill out the information and click OK.

 

Part II.

1. Select Software Publishing.

2. Right-click Synchronization Settings, and then select Subscriptions.

3. Ensure the SolarWinds update notification only catalog is selected.

4. Click OK, and then Synch.

You should now see future emails.
