Overview

The BIOS packages available through Patch Manager perform a WMI query to confirm applicability of the BIOS packages. In order for the packages to be applicable, you will need to install the Dell OpenManage Inventory Agent to create the necessary WMI elements to verify the version.

The updates will show as Not Applicable if the Windows Update Agent is unable to verify the necessary elements from the Applicability Rules against the local machine.

Environment

All Patch Manager versions
