This article provides steps on how to delete a WSUS update from the PM Console.


Patch Manager version 2.1+


  1.  Open the Patch Manager Admin Console and go to Enterprise > Update Services > "YOUR WSUS" > Updates > All Updates.
  2. Find and Select the update in the Middle Pane.
  3. In the Actions Pane, click Delete.
  4. Follow the prompts to delete the update either from the one WSUS or all WSUS servers in the Admin Console.
  5. Once the delete is done, it is best practice to hit the "Synchronize Server" in the actions pane while the WSUS server is highlighted.
