When you install the SolarWinds Patch Manager Web Console or access deployment data in the SolarWinds Patch Manager Admin Console, you may receive errors stating that access is denied or the application cannot validate your credentials. When you test the connection to your Primary Application Server from the installer, the test fails even though your information is valid.
The Administrator account does not have the correct permissions.
Modify the User Account Control settings on the SolarWinds Patch Manager server.
