Patch Manager returns an Invalid namespace error with the message "Invalid Signature" when you attempt configuration management tasks on remote systems. This occurs anytime you attempt a task that requires Patch Manager to install the SolarWinds WMI Providers.

This issue may be caused by an out-of-date root certificates stored in the client system. In this case, the client system is most often unpatched or misconfigured.
Update the root certificates store on the affected system. Apply Microsoft KB931125 from the Updates category in WSUS.
