Send a map with a scheduled report

Overview

This article describes how to send a map ina scheduled report. 

Environment

  • NPM 11.0 and later
  • SAM 6.1 and later

Steps

  1. Log in to the Orion Web Console.
  2. Locate your map in the targeted dashboard.
  3. Click Custom HTML (as shown below) to open the map in a dedicated page.
  4. Copy the URL in the dedicated page.
  5. In the Orion Web Console, click Settings > All Settings. 
  6. Under Alerts and Reports, click Manage Reports.
  7. In the Managed Reports page, click the Schedule Manager tab. 
  8. Click Create New Schedule.
  9. Click Assign Webpage.
  10. Paste the URL from the dedicated page into the Report Title field, and click Assign Webpage.
  11. Enter the frequency that you want to include this map in an email, and click Add Frequency. 
  12. In the Add Action window, select Email and click Configure Action.
  13. In the Schedule Configuration Summary window, verify the settings and click Create Schedule.
