Overview

This article describes how to resolve an HA issue where Orion console cannot be accessed using VIP when the Primary server is up but it works properly when the secondary server is up.

Environment

  • Orion Platform, all versions
  • HA environment

Detail

  1. Check the website binding of the website on the affected server via IIS.
  2. Temporarily disable HA deployment under Orion settings.
  3. Set the website bindings to all unassigned.
  4. Restart IIS.
  5. Re-enable HA deployment.

The website should be accessible after you perform the steps above.
