Detail

This could be due to a Microsoft SQL Server bug:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2878968/fix-nonclustered-index-corruption-may-occur-when-you-run-a-complex-upd

The particular procedure that resulted in the error was: apm_dbm_APM_ApplicationStatus_DetailToHourly.  However, it has also happened on other procedures in Database Maintenance.

The customer will need to contact their DBA or Microsoft to fix the issue so that maintenance can be run. If the problem persists after the customer has applied the appropriate fix for the issue above, contact Microsoft for other fixes.
