Resolution

  1. Open up Database Manager on the server.

  3. Right click and query table OR double click to query the table.
  4. Execute the query to see the table results.
  5. Select table editing at the top near the execute query button.
  6. Find your Website Entry that is labeled as 'Primary'.
  7. Edit the port to be 443 instead of 80 OR edit the SSLEnabled column and uncheck the box or set to 0.
  8. If you want it to be set to SSL make sure you have SSLEnabled checked and the port to 443.
