After upgrading to a product that installs Orion Core Services 2017.3 (for example, SAM), the AppInsight for IIS resource Average Network Traffic resource (and only that resource) shows a SolarWinds Information Service (SWIS) error instead of rendering a chart.
Within the OrionWeb.log, you can see the following error:
