Create an account activity report for Orion Web Console users

Overview

This article describes how to create a web report that displays the activity in your NPM web console accounts.

Steps

  1. Log in to the Orion Web Console with an Orion Admin account.
  2. Go to Settings > All Settings. 
  3. Under Alerts and Reports, click Manage Reports.
  4. In the toolbar, click Create New Report.

  5. In the first Add Content window, click Custom Table, and click Select and Continue.

  6. In the second Add Content window under Advanced Selector, click the drop-down menu, select Auditing Event, and then click Add To Layout.audit3.png
  7. In the Edit Resource screen, click Add column.

  8. In the Add Column window, select your desired columns and click Add Column.

  9. In the Edit Resource screen, click Submit.

    Your results will display in the report. Below is an example of the report.

    Click Preview Resource to preview the report.

You can also view these events in the web console. See Use the Orion Web Console Message Center for details. 

Audit events may display sensitive information and require Orion Admin privileges. Users without Orion Admin privileges do not have access to view or collect audit event reports.
