Create an Alert when the Orion is not Sync to the SQL Database

Overview

This article provides information on how to create or enable an alert for when the Orion has not synched with the SQL Database.  

Environment

NPM version 11.5.2

Steps

  1. Log in to the Orian Web Console.
  2. Go to Alerts and then click Manage Alerts.
  3. Search for No Polling Engine Update in last 10 minutes.
  4. Enable this alert.
  5. Configure the alert action.

Note: This alert means the Polling engine has lost the connection or no updates has been made within  the last 10 minutes.
