Issue:

I lost my NTM credentials.

Resolution:

Follow these steps:

  1. On your NTM server download and extract the tools at http://downloads.solarwinds.com/solarwinds/Support/NTMTools.zip
  2. In the directory where the files are extracted run ChredentialsManager.exe
  3. Find the relevant NTM map in the Target column and view the associated Username and Password values.
  4. If you need to change the credentials, highlight the row and click Edit.
  5. Make your changes and click Save.
  6. Open the map in NTM.
