Overview

The following error message appears:

Your Orion account with NCM role Node cannot access NCM pages. Contact your Administrator to change your NCM role. 

Environment

  • NPM 11.0 
  • NCM 7.0

Cause 

The account SID changed in the domain side.

Resolution

  1. Make sure that the account you are using has Administrator rights for NCM.
  2. Logon to Orion Web Console using an Admin account. 
  3. Go to Settings > Manage Account > Select the problematic Account > Edit (Scroll down to the NCM settings and check the assigned role).
  4. If you still have the same issue, logon to Orion Web Console using an Admin account.
  5. Go to Settings > Manage Account > Select the problematic Account > Delete.
  6. Re add the same add Orion domain account and assign the Admin right for NCM.
