This articles gives information about Windows Updates causing issues with the Orion Platform or affecting the Orion Database.


All Solarwinds Products


The Microsoft updates are created and distributed by Microsoft which makes it difficult to indicate whether or not they will affect your Windows Installation negatively.


We generally wouldn't foresee issues with Windows Updates but as none of them will apply to our product/packages we're unable to make judgments on how they could potentially cause issues.


If you find that you have issues with your Orion Software after applying the updates then please don't hesitate in contacting us by either logging a ticket in the Customer Portal or calling into our Support Lines.
