Resolution

Resolution #1

  1. Start CMD as a administrator
  2. Run Command iisreset
  3. Check if you can access the site

Resolution #2

  1. Go to C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files and delete the files
  2. Restart all Orion Services using the Orion Service Manager

Resolution #3

Rebuild the Orion website. Refer to the article https://solarwinds-prod.mindtouch.us..._Orion_Website.

Resolution #4

If you are not seeing any errors in the log and the above steps did not resolve the issue try these steps:

  1. Go to your IIS manger and highlight the local server. There should be an option labeled "ISAPI and CGI restrictions.
  2. Make sure everything is set to allowed.
  3. Make sure the bindings are correct in IIS.
  4. Test the site.
