Web Console is inaccessible after HA fail over

Overview

The Web Console cannot be accessed using the VIP address after a High Availability (HA) fail over.

Bad Request - Invalid Hostname

HTTP Error 400. The request hostname is invalid.

Environment

All NPM versions with HA

Cause 

IIS Bindings are not correctly set.

Resolution

Open IIS Bindings and verify that the IP address is set to "All Unassigned".
