This article describes an issue where the Web Console cannot be accessed. 


All NPM versions


Some causes may include:

  1. Some Orion services are not running.
  2. Binding


For Services not started do:

  • Access Orion Service Manager (All Program > Solarwinds Orion > Advance Features > Orion Service Manager).
  • Shutdown/restart Orion services.

For Binding issues:

  • Run the Configuration Wizard (select Website only) and set binding to All Unassigned
