Verify hotfixes that have been installed

Overview

This article provides steps on how to check if a hotfix has been installed or applied on your system.

Environment

All versions of Orion products

Steps

  1. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features  > View Installed Updates.
  2. Scroll down to SolarWinds to see the list of hotfixes installed: 

 

Note: The latest Hotfixes can be found on the Customer Portal under 'Downloads', please watch this space and apply the hotfixes as they come out to prevent the occurrence of known issues on your system.
