Overview

This article describes how to validate that Memory Utilization on IBM AIX and Solaris machines are showing the correct information on the Memory Utilization charts in NPM.

Environment

All NPM versions

Steps

  1. Run SNMP walk on the device. 
  2. Locate OID: .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.2.0  This is in KB and covert the value if needed. This should match the chart data.
