The following message appears on the resource when viewing VM Stats of certain vCenter, ESX host or guest VMs:
Data is not available


  • NPM 11.5
  • IVIM 2.1.0


The cached information from the virtualization summary did not recycle accordingly


  1. Stop all Orion services.
  2. Open Database Manager.
    Go to Add default server > Expand your database  > right click SolarWindsOrion > Select New Query .

  3. Run these commands to expedite the process:
    delete from vim_resourcepools
    delete from vim_pollingtasks

  4. Restart Orion services.
