Overview

This article gives information regarding reports on VLAN ID and associated devices/IP addresses/ports/endpoints.

Environment

All Orion versions

Detail

There is a built in report for "VLAN interfaces grouped by Nodes" that can be searched for in the Report Manager. You have the option to hide the columns you did not want to see in the report to show node IP addresses and VLAN IDs only.

For IP associated with each VLAN, there are multiple ways to map/associate that information depending on what you need.

  • If you need to know which network devices are running on which VLANs, that would be in the same report as the one mentioned above.
  • If you are looking for what endpoint devices are connected to each VLAN, you would need UDT to be able to map the devices to each interface.
