Overview

This article provides information whether it is possible to upload a MIB in Orion Universal Device Poller.

Environment

NPM version 11.x

Detail

Unfortunately, you cannot import a MIB into the Universal Device Poller (UNDP).

 

If you send us a MIB from the vendor, we can include that MIB into the SolarWinds MIB.cfg file and we will let you know when it is available to download from the Customer Portal and replace the current MIB.cfg located in the Orion server.

 

The MIBs.cfg file is a local file installed on your hard drive. We post an update each week on the portal  http://customerportal.solarwinds.com/ under the helpful links section. The file is located in C:\programdata\solarwinds\.
