Unhandled exception when running Orion Permission Checker

Overview

The following error appears when clicking Check after launching Orion Permission Checker (OrionPermissionChecker.exe) and :

DATE : TIME [5] ERROR Program - Unhandled exception: System.InvalidOperationException: Sequence contains no elements

Environment

All NPM versions

Cause 

This occurs when Orion Permission Checker is launched from Windows search results.

Resolution

  1. Use Windows search to find OrionPermissionChecker.exe 
  2. Click Open file location.
  3. Launch the application from the file location.
