Unable to start MSMQ service after deleting files from MSMQ folder

This article provides brief information on MSMQ service not starting after deleting files from the MSQ folder. 

The default location is: C:\Windows\System32\msmq\Storage\. See files in the MSQ folder.

It is important to delete ONLY the .MQ files as stated above. If all files are accidentally removed and still available in the Recycle Bin, you need to restore back the lqs folder, all files with extension .lg* and QMLog.
