Unable to see objects on the World Wide Map

Overview

This article describes the issue when you are unable to see objects under World Wide MAP issue described as below:

 

 

This issue may also be when you are unable to see the background MAP .

 

It could also be when you are unable to see the MAP zoom level.

 

 

Environment

  • All Orion products 
  • NPM version 12 and later 

 

Cause 

System is unable to access the internet from where you are opening the Orion Web Console  or the known hotfix is not installed for NPM version 12. 

 

Resolution

Make sure you have installed the hotFix 4 release. Click the link below to download:

Make sure the machine from which your using to connect to the Orion Web Console connected to Internet
and you are able to access the following website: 

https://www.mapquestapi.com
