Unable to see interface traffic for serial interface on Cisco 1900 series routers

Issue:
Unable to get interface statistics on serial interfaces on Cisco 1900 Series Routers. All the nodes are shown zeroes across the board. 


Cause:
The Allow 64 bit counters option was selected in polling methods which is not supported for Cisco 1900 series routers.

Resolution:

1. Click Start > Orion Web Console > Node > Node Details Page 
2. Click Edit node
3. Navigate to Polling Method

4. Check the box next to Allow 64 bit counters
5. The polling method automatically switches to 32 bit counters
6. Click Submit
