Overview

Unable to see data in graphs.

Environment

NPM 10.x and later

Cause 

Cause #1

The collector could be stopped on the Main or Additional Poller.

 

Cause #2

This also could be related to disk space on your SQL.

 

Cause #3

database maintenance is overdue. There are highly fragmented tables.

Resolution

Resolution for Cause #1: 

  1. Start the Collector.

 

Resolution for Cause #2:

  1. Stop all Orion Services using the Orion Service Manager.
  2. Create more available space on the SQL Server.
  3. Restart all Orion Services using the Orion Service Manager.

 

Resolution for Cause #3:

1. Run database maintenance manually.
