Unable to see alerts after upgrading and alert page turns blank

Overview

This article describes the issue when after upgrading, alert page turns blank and there is no alert being migrated.  

 

 

However, Alerts are still seen under Alert Manager. 

 

 

Environment

NPM 11.0 and later

 

Cause 

This issue occurs when the Configuration Wizard did not complete successfully due to being UAC enabled on the Orion server.

 

Resolution

  1. Disable UAC
  2. Reboot the Orion server.
  3. Re-run the Configuration Wizard.
