Unable to see Router/Switch Interfaces

Overview

This article describes the issue where in you use SNMP to collect information but you are unable to view alll Router/Switch Interfaces.

Environment

NPM version 11.x

Cause 

This issue occurs due to changes that have been applied on the device.

Resolution

  1. Select the device on the Orion Web Console.
  2. Click Rediscover.
  3. Click Poll Now.
  4. Click List Resources.

After completing the steps above, the information will now be up-to-date and you should see a complete set of Resources for that specific device.
