Unable to search for address in Message Center

Overview

This article provides brief information on the issue when you are unable to search for an address for a new device in the Message Center for an alert received.

Environment

  • NPM version 11.5 and later
  • UDT version 3.2.4
  • All Orion Core products

 

Detail

The issue is caused when there is an extra space at the end of the address in the search textbox.

If you are copying and pasting the address into the search:

  • Make sure that there are no extra spaces after the address.
  • Run the report again after deleting any extra spaces.
