Unable to open the Schedule Discovery Result tab

Schedule Discovery Result tab does not open. When navigating to the tab, it results to an error message similar to the following:

Error: Getting unexpected website error - Request time out


NPM 12.x


Edit the value of the minutes timeout (default is at 2).

  1. Go to C:\Inetpub\Solarwinds.
  2. Open and edit the web config file in Notepad:

    <httpRuntime requestValidationMode="2.0"/>


    <httpRuntime requestValidationMode="2.0" executionTimeout="300" />

  3. Restart IIS service/s after making the changes.
