Unable to hide Alerts and Events Menu Bar from AD Group Accounts

Overview

Customer wants to hide the Alert and Events from the Menu bar for that Active Directory Account but after submitting the change, the Menus still are displayed when logged in under the AD account.

 

Environment

NPM 12.0.1

 

Cause 

This only occurs for Group accounts. Individual accounts do not experience this issue.

 

Resolution

To fix this issue, you need to upgrade to NPM 12.1.
