Unable to click Nodes under Groups


This article provides brief information and steps to resolve the issue when nodes appear under Groups, and cannot be clicked in the Web Console.


All NPM versions


1. Stop all Orion services.

2. Click Start > SolarWinds Orion > Advanced Features > Database Manager.

3. Click on Add default server.

4. Right-click SolarWindsOrion Database, and then select New Query.

5. Paste the following query and click Execute:

DELETE FROM ContainerMemberSnapshots


6. Restart all Orion services.
