Overview

The Polling Method option is disabled when changing a large number of nodes from SNMPv2 to SNMPv3 by editing the properties after a mass selection.

Environment

All Orion Core versions

Resolution

  1. Log in to the Orion Web Console as an administrator.
  2. Go to Settings > Manage Nodes.
  3. Select the nodes and click Edit Properties.
  4. Verify that the Polling Method option is selected on the top left to enable changes to the SNMP community.
