Unable to browse the Orion Web Console

This article describes an issue where you are unable to browse the Orion Web Console after running the configuration wizard.


All Orion Platform versions


Check the browser's settings to see if there is a browser proxy that interferes with the navigation.

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Go to Settings > Internet Options > Connections tab > LAN settings.
  3. If the Use a proxy server for your LAN option is selected, make sure that the IP address specified does not interfere with the navigation.
