Trunk port show as Question Mark

Overview

You need to change Trunk port interfaces icon. Currently shows as Question mark icon as below. 

Environment

  • NPM 11.5.2

Cause 

This is by design. We use this icon for ifType=54. This has no impact on functionality.

Resolution

Icon can be changed/customized. 

 

Navigate to Orion Web folder location c:\inetpub\SolarWinds\NetPerfMon\images\Interfaces\ and use your own icon instead of existing 54.gif. New icon must have the same image size, file name and file type.
