Overview

This article addresses the issue where the Top 25 Wireless Client by Traffic Rate over the Last 7 Days report is not sorted in an ascending/descending order. 

Environment

All NPM versions

Cause

This occurs when the values under the AVERAGE_of_Avg_Bps_Tx or Average Transmit Bps column are the same. 

Steps

  1. Open Report Writer.
  2. Locate and edit the Top 25 Wireless Client by Traffic Rate over the Last 7 Days report.
  3. At the bottom of the query, replace ORDER BY 6 DESC with ORDER BY 7 DESC
  4. Click Execute SQL Query.
