Overview

Unable to activate a license because License Manager was corrupted and following error message is displayed:

There is a sudden problem with your licensing system. Contact SolarWinds technical support.

Environment

All Orion Platform versions

Steps

  1. If the license is activated, request to have it reset or deactivated.
  2. Uninstall License Manager.
  3. Download License Manager directly from the web because the .exe installer file on your server is corrupted.
  4. Reinstall SolarWinds License Manager.
  5. Have the license activated again.
