The SolarWinds information service is not starting due to problem loading the performance counters. This stops the website from loading.


  1. Stop all Orion Services using Orion Service Manager.
  1. Rebuild Performance Counters
    1. Open the command prompt as administrator.
    2. Navigate to cd\windows\system32.
    3. Type lodctr /R and hit return.
  2. Start all Orion Services using Orion Service Manager.
