Overview

This article describes an issue where the Web Console is blank when opened. In the log files, you may see the following in the Core.BusinessLayer.log:

Environment

NPM 11.5 and later

Resolution

  1. Check C:\Windows\Temp if it has more than 65,000 files. Clear out this folder if that is the case.
  2. Restart the Orion Services using the Orion Service Manager. This should restore the Web Console.
