Overview

Server is crashing, specifically the IIS app pool is not responding to a ping.

Environment

  • All NPM versions
  • Windows 2008 Server

Steps

This is a known issue and the resolution can be found by searching the following on the Microsoft website.

Event ID 5010 — IIS Application Pool Availability
