Overview

This article describes how to stop receiving duplicate emails from the same alert.

Environment

NPM 11.5.X

Steps

  1. On the Web Console, go to Settings > Manage Alerts and open the alert.
  2. On the Trigger Condition page, select Condition Must Exist For More Than _ Minutes and set to 2-5 minutes.
  3. Save.
