Overview

This article shows how to configure NPM to stop receiving alerts for a specific node.

Environment

All NPM versions

Steps

Option 1

  1. On the Orion Web Console, go to Settings > Manage Alerts.
  2. Locate the alert you want to stop receiving alerts for and click Edit.
  3. On the Trigger Condition option, click + under Conditions of Scope.
  4. Add the following condition:
    Node - Node Name - is not equal to - "<node name>"

 

Option 2

  1. Go to the Node Summary of the equipment that you want to unmanage.
  2. Click Unmanage.
  3. Choose the time you want to unmanage the node.
  4. Click OK.
