Status LEDs on Network Atlas are missing in NPM

Overview

This article describes the issue where the status LEDs from Network Atlas are not showing up in NPM.

Environment

  • NPM 11.5.x
  • Network Atlas accessed remotely from Orion

Cause 

This occurs when the Network Atlas version does not match the version installed on the Orion server.

Resolution

Update the version on the remote machine to match Network Atlas on the Orion server.
