Overview

This article provides brief information and steps to resolve the following error when importing Sonar Discovery in Orion: 

Unexpected Website Error

Environment

All Orion Core products with Discovery

Cause 

The issue is with a MS third-party component used by discovery.

Resolution

Use the MS KB to update the damaged component; the article is for 2003 server, so, for 2008 use the c:\users folder as a starting point instead of c:\documents and settings
