Overview

This article provides a list of the SolarWinds Cortex port requirements. SolarWinds Cortex Service is a polling and monitoring service that was introduced in Orion Platform 2017.3.

SolarWinds Cortex Service requires the following ports.

161 UDP Send and receive SNMP information
17777 TCP

Communication between services and SolarWinds Orion module traffic.

Communication between the Orion Web Console and the polling engine.

Communication between the main server and pool members.

Communication between services and SolarWinds Orion module traffic.

53679 - 53681, or other randomly assigned ports
